How do I calculate full KDP cover dimensions?
Full cover width is two times trim width plus spine width plus outer bleed. Full cover height is trim height plus top and bottom bleed.
Should I include bleed in my KDP cover dimensions?
If your interior uses bleed, you should include 0.125 inches of bleed on all outer edges of the full cover. No-bleed books use the trim size without that extra outer bleed.
