How do I get a refund?
To request a refund, click the user icon in the top right corner and select 'Request Refund' from the menu. Once you submit your request, we will validate your eligibility from our end. We provide refunds only for the unused credits remaining in your account. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
