Credits already spent on making books cannot be refunded since our AI providers charge us for every image created. Unused credits are refunded back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we approve your request.

We review refund requests within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, the money returns to your payment method within 5 to 7 business days. So the total time is usually about a week. You'll get email updates at each step.

Your unused credits stay active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account switches back to the free plan and any remaining credits expire. Use them before your period ends, or email us for a refund on unused credits.
