How do I get a refund?

Email support@inkchamps.com with your account info and reason. We only refund credits you have not used yet. Credits already spent on making books cannot be refunded since our AI providers charge us for every image created. Unused credits are refunded back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we approve your request.
